ContactsCollector automatically adds e-mail addresses for people you correspond with to your Address Book: it checks your outgoing mail for a new email addresses, retrieves the new contact name that corresponds to the email address, and adds the contact to the specified folder. As simple as that. And it saves you plenty of time and effort updating your Address Book.
A lot of letters on different issues (business, friends, new contacts, entertainment) can cause confusion. Then, in case of need to contact a person, you will spend much time searching for his email address. ContactsCollector will automatically add your business contacts to the address book. Also, it will give you opportunity to check sent emails.
Further, collected contacts may be edited, additional data (company name, area of interest, position, full name, comments) may be added. It is possible to split contacts into groups.
Also, ContactsCollector can extract contact's full name both from the email address line and from the message body (signature).

Selecting the type of email messages to be automatically scanned for new contacts
You can define what types of messages will be automatically scanned for new contacts: only replied messages, only new and forwarded messages, or both.
Manual check of sent items for new contacts
You can easily collect contacts from messages you have sent by selecting a folder, a group, or messages, and then starting the manual contact collection.
Retrieving the contact name from the address line and the message body
ContactsCollector reads the address line for the contact name that corresponds to the email address. If it cannot detect the contact name from the address line, it reads the greeting line and signature in the message body. Placing collected contacts in the specified folder
ContactsCollector places collected contacts in the \\Mailbox - <User>\Contacts folder by default. You can specify another Microsoft Outlook folder.

You can view the message scanning process, and you can stop it if you want.
